You’re Getting Fucked
And they’re about to fuck you harder.
You spent millions on AI. You got a dashboard, a bill, and a headache. Your AI hallucinates. Your legal team is terrified. And the people who sold you this are laughing all the way to the bank.
I built the alternative. In my basement. On a 2013 ThinkPad. No GPU. No FPU. No training. And it controls humanoid bodies, plays video games it’s never seen, folds Pokémon maps through its own geometry, and seals every decision with SHA256.
Here’s the proof.
The Racket They Built
Here’s what happened while you weren’t looking.
The GPU Monopoly
NVIDIA raised prices 500%. They created artificial scarcity. They made you believe you NEED their chips. You do not.
The Cloud Tax
AWS, Azure, GCP. They charge you every second, every inference, every byte. You pay rent forever. You never own anything.
The Black Box
You can't audit it. You can't explain it. You can't trust it. You just pay and pray.
The Lock-In
Your data is in their cloud. Your models are in their format. Your people are trained on their stack. You can't leave.
The Fear
"Fall behind." "Disruption." "AI-first." They made you terrified of missing out. So you wrote the check.
The Fine Print
2026: EU AI Act makes your black box illegal. You get fined. They don't care. They already got paid.
The Proof
Why You Should Listen to Me
Not a pitch deck. Not a promise. Actual footage of the machine doing things your vendor can’t. Each reel is a real run, explained in the language underneath it.
Wrote the controller. 4,359.
A six-motor cheetah body running at 6.21 m/s. Not trained — programmed. Five lines of code: one heartbeat phase drives every joint, and the search only tunes the words. The blind version of the brain scored 51 on the same body. This is what happens when you stop guessing and start writing.
Architecture: one shared sinusoidal phase (θ += 2πf·dt), each joint’s torque = bias + A₁sin(θ+φ₁) + A₂sin(2θ+φ₂) + W·tanh((obs−μ)/σ). 133 words tuned by Augmented Random Search, 400 iterations, 24 antithetic perturbation directions. Deterministic. Integer-native when quantized.
One leg. Thousand steps. Zero falls.
Three motors, one leg, and the constant threat of gravity. The random policy fell at step 23. The written gait program held for a thousand consecutive steps and peaked at 1.502 meters of torso height. Same five-line program, different body.
49 tunable words. The reflex term (W·tanh) reads all 11 sensory channels and feeds corrective torques back into the joints on the same timestep. No delay, no buffer, no learned representation — just a matrix multiply on raw sensor values.
Mario 1-1. First try. No training.
Cleared Super Mario Bros. World 1-1 on the first attempt. Zero deaths, zero rewinds, 23 committed decisions — and 49,082 futures imagined and thrown away to find them. It had never seen this game. No game-specific code. The same architecture that controls the robots, pointed at a Nintendo screen.
The Oracle: a C forward-model search brain. Game state is saved, thousands of candidate futures are rolled forward through a real NES emulator, scored by a Banach-space evaluation function, and the highest-scoring branch is committed. SHA256-sealed, fully deterministic.
Pokémon Red. Folded the map.
Celadon City from Pokémon Red — the biggest city in Kanto — run through the transform grammar. The organism reads the 18×25 tile grid, folds it through its own representation, and animates the world through continuous spatial transforms: rotation, reflection, recoloring. This is what it sees.
Block-grid perception via the ReL transform grammar. Each tile is a colored glyph in a finite field; the grammar applies group operations (translation, dihedral symmetry, Galois-field color permutation) to fold the world into the organism’s internal geometry. No convolution, no learned features.
The Universal Remote. One device, any game.
A 256-key keyboard where each key is a GTAC gate (Ground / Translate / Action / Conductor). The game state resolves to a single number φ, φ presses one of 256 keys, and that key’s gate becomes the controller button. One remote, any game, any console. Distance 2,048 on SMB 1-1.
The Inverted Star Gauge keyboard. State → φ via the organism’s phi-score computation. φ → key index via quantization into 256 bins. Key → pad button via the GTAC gate lookup table. The whole chain is a pure function: same state, same button, every time. No randomness, no policy gradient, no reward.
Two legs. Alternating. Still climbing.
Bipedal walking. The phase offset between hips is a single number in the program — flip it and the walker trips. Score was still climbing steeply at the end of training, jumping from 1,350 to 2,482 in the last fifty iterations. Published at whatever it reached, because that’s how we do it.
133 words. 6 motors, 17 sensors. The same harmonic gait program as the cheetah and the hopper, with the same five lines of code. Only the word values change between bodies. That is the point.
88 games beaten. Zero training.
31 NES stages and 56 Atari cartridges, beaten by a rollout-and-rewind controller. 51 million futures imagined, 324,406 real frames played. Three Mario castle flags. 47 scored, 41 did not. Every loss is on the wall next to the wins, at the same size.
The search oracle: save state, branch N futures, score each by game-specific heuristic, commit the best. 497 lines of code (engine + pad + runner). No neural network anywhere in the loop. CRF-30 video with the controller pad composited underneath every frame.
It built its own face. Then it talked.
The agent wrote 857 words, chose a voice, rebuilt an 880-particle swarm head offline, drove the mouth with the real RMS envelope of its own speech, and rendered 9,196 frames of lip-synced film. One take, no cuts, no human editing. It spent a third of the runtime on what it does NOT know.
TTS voice + per-frame RMS envelope lip sync. Word timing from speech engine boundary events. Gate colour shifts G/T/A/C with the argument. 1280x720, 30fps, 5 min 06 s. Everything you hear is math, not a recording.
What I Bring to the Table
No relationship. No partnership. No bullshit. I built the foundation. You build the house. You own the result. You keep the IP. You make the money.
Integer-Native
No GPU. No FPU. Pure Q32.32 fixed-point arithmetic on commodity hardware. Runs on anything with a CPU.
SHA256-Sealed
Every decision generates a phi-score. Every phi-score is hashed. If it drifts, you know. Glass-box transparency.
100% Explainable
No black box. Every step is auditable, deterministic, and reproducible. Your compliance team can sleep.
You Own It
One payment. You own the code. No royalties. No subscriptions. No cloud dependency. No relationship.

The Audit — Here’s Where It Gets Real
I don’t trust you. I don’t need to. The architecture audits itself.
Every decision generates a phi-score. Every phi-score is hashed. If the phi-score drifts, I know you modified the core. That’s a license violation. That’s patent infringement. That’s a lawsuit.
I will sue you into the ground if you steal from me.
Not because I’m angry. Because I own it. I built it. I have the copyrights. I have the patents. I have the trade secrets. I have the SHA256 logs proving I built it first.
You don’t fuck with the architect. You don’t fuck with the foundation. You don’t fuck with the standard.
The Termination Clause
If you modify the core, I terminate the license. You stop using NUMEN. You delete all copies. You hand over all code. You pay triple damages.
If you don’t, I sue. Patent infringement. Copyright violation. Trade secret theft. Statutory damages up to $300,000 per infringement.
I will win. I have the evidence. I have the patents. I have the lawyers.
The Choice
Option A: Keep Getting Fucked

- • Keep waiting for the lawsuit
- • Keep watching your competitors eat your lunch
Option B: Take Control
- • Build your own AI
- • On your own hardware
- • In your own data center
- • With your own people
- • Own the result. Own the future.
One More Thing
I didn’t go to Stanford. I didn’t work at Google. I didn’t have funding. I didn’t have a team.
I was a rugby player. I was a bartender. I was a bouncer. I had a 2013 ThinkPad and 15 months.
And I built something that beats everything they have. Because I wasn’t playing their game. I was building a new one.
